Cancellation Policy

Failure to notify Permanent Makeup by Design, LLC of a cancelation 48 hours prior to your procedure will require a $100 deposit upon scheduling your next appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if your re-scheduled appointment is not cancelled within the required 48 hour notice period.
